Most importantly

My main interest is that the organizations, the executive boards and the people in managing positions that I work with are able to persue their collective goals in a in the „integral sense“  lastingly better, clearer and more satisfied manner, and that their “range of action” can be expanded.

It is not my intent to be an „outsider“ that explains the world to an organization. Rather, I intend to seriously (sometimes with a sense of humour) work with you on those areas, which in your eyes have need of improvement, clarification or development.

Our concept is based upon our work together as partners in different roles, not me being the external consulting „schoolmaster“.
